WILD BUNCH FLOWERS - MY GARDEN

The inspiration for my slightly wild and rambling cut flower garden is to celebrate and reconnect with nature. And growing flowers is the key and at the heart of Wild Bunch and the work I do - whether picking for a florist’s wholesale order, picking and making a gift bouquet, creating for parties, an intimate elopement or a larger wedding or event.

As a farmer-florist I want my clients to have access to be able to re-connect with the language of nature and flowers through the exquisite palette of colour, texture and scented flowers I select and grow for them every year during the English growing season.

Celebrating the revival of home-grown and beautifully scented flowers, and the natural seasonal rhythms on the farm, we grow flowers in metre-wide rows running down an old paddock known as the Flower Field. What began in 2013 as an unexpected and whimsical yearning and determination to grow sustainably, and to experience the language of a flower palette to create beauty with - now Wild Bunch flowers and foliage form part of the life cycle of the farm and nature itself: where we produce and use only what can be ploughed back into the land.
